Personal Data Processing Policy

This Policy sets out how the personal data of website visitors, applicants and participants in the anniversary events is processed and protected.

2. Data and purposes

The following data may be processed: full name, email address, phone number, organization, position or category, application status, selected events, and technical data used to protect the form. Purposes: receiving and reviewing applications, confirming email addresses, sending notifications, maintaining personal schedules, managing admission, and ensuring security.

3. Processing and disclosure

Processing includes collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, restriction, deletion, and destruction. Hosting and email service providers and technical contractors bound by confidentiality obligations may be engaged to the extent necessary.

4. Retention and termination

Applicant and participant data is retained through 31 December 2026, unless a different retention period is required by law.

5. Data subject rights

A data subject may request information about processing; request the correction, restriction, or deletion of data; withdraw consent; and challenge the Operator's actions before Roskomnadzor or a court.

6. Security and requests

The Operator applies legal, organizational, and technical safeguards. Requests and withdrawals of consent may be sent to am@muniev.ru or to the Operator's registered address.

7. Policy amendments

Each approved version is assigned a unique privacy_policy_version. If a change requires renewed consent, the website will request it again.
