Full name, email address, phone number, organization, position or category, application details, selected events, participation status, and the record of consent.
3. Purposes
Registration, application review, participant identification, service notifications, personal scheduling, admission, attendance records, and system security.
4. Processing activities
Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, necessary disclosure to hosting and email service providers and technical contractors, restriction, deletion, and destruction.
5. Term and withdrawal
Consent remains valid through 31 December 2026 or until its purposes have been achieved, whichever occurs first. A withdrawal may be sent to am@muniev.ru or to the Operator's registered address. Withdrawal does not terminate processing that has another lawful basis.
6. Confirmation
By selecting a checkbox that is not preselected and submitting the form, the user confirms that they have read the Policy and gives specific, informed, freely given, conscious, and unambiguous consent.
